Objectives

EU data shows that only 31% of students with disabilities complete higher education (European Commission, 2022). Furthermore, only 34% of EU higher education institutions (HEIs) report having specific support services for students with learning difficulties (EUA, 2023).
 

PATH2Succeed aims to:

  1. Improve academic success for students with learning difficulties (LD) by providing per-sonalized study skills training, including tailored webinar recommendations based on indi-vidual learning strengths.
  2. Strengthen institutional capacity to support students with LD by developing and promot-ing effective support mechanisms within HEIs.

Specific Objectives (S0s):

  • SO1: Develop a learning profile screening tool to identify students’ personal strengths.
  • SO2: Design interactive webinars tailored to diverse student profiles.
  • SO3: Create a self-assessment tool for students to evaluate their study skills and competencies.
  • SO4: Integrate all project tools into an accessible Learning Management System (LMS).
  • SO5: Produce a comprehensive handbook to support the creation of new student support units in higher education institutions (HEIs).
